    We are now shipping to Canada. Canadian shipments are subject to a tax and duty charge upon delivery. A physical street address is required.


    How long will it take to receive my order?

    All orders are shipped from our California or Georgia warehouse.  All orders will be shipped by UPS or Canada Post ground service.   Please allow 7 - 14 days for shipping.

     

     


    Do you accept credit card orders?

    Yes, we do accept credit card orders via Paypal. Paypal is used by millions of people on the internet, we use it ourselves. An account is not required. Rest assured, your transaction is secure.


    Do you accept Money Orders? Yes, we will accept a Money Order. Just print off the checkout page and send it with your payment. All prices are in US dollars.

    What is your refund policy?

    If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from Giftco Merchandise Co., you may return it within 20 days of the order date. Items must be returned unused in original packaging with the invoice. The item must be returned by Postal Service to Giftco Merchandise Co.. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Personalized items are not returnable. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns that are not being replaced. Please contact us at giftco@ns.sympatico.ca for a return authorization.

     


    How long will it take to get my refund?

    Your refund will take approximately 7-10 days to be processed, from the time we receive the product.  It will be shown on your credit card statement.


    What if my merchandise is damaged? Contact us immediately by email. You will receive return instructions in 1-2 days. Please save your box and return in same packaging. Your purchase is insured and you will receive a replacement promtly.

    How will my credit information be protected?

    Our site uses 100% secure technology, through Verisign, your credit card number will be encrypted so no one from the outside can ever see it or gain access to it.


    Why doesn't PayPal accept my credit card? When processing your credit card with Paypal make sure that your credit card billing address is the same as your shipping address or it may not accept it.
