Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to the Continental US and Canada only. All merchandise being shipped to Canada will have no border tax or duty charges. A physical street address is required for shipments.
Is my order taxable?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California and Arizona.
Can you rush ship my order?
If you would like to request a rush order for centerpieces, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We can ship 2 to 3 day air in the continental US for an additional charge. It will be our pleasure to accommodate you whenever possible. Unfortunately, we cannot rush ship favors.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All centerpiece orders are shipped from our California warehouse. All orders will be shipped by UPS, USPS, or Canada Post ground service. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for shipping. Orders should be placed 6-10 weeks before an event to ensure on time delivery.
Do you accept credit card orders?
Yes, we do accept credit card orders. Credit card orders must be paid through Paypal. Paypal is used by millions of people on the internet, we use it ourselves. An account is not required. Rest assured, your transaction is secure.
To pay using your credit card, click "Pay Via PayPal" to complete the order and go to PayPal. Click on the PayPal button on the next page. On the next page under "Don't have a PayPal account?" Use your credit card or bank account (where available) click Continue.
After you place your order you will receive 2 emails, one from us for the order and a second from PayPal for the payment.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from Giftco Merchandise Co., you may return it within 20 days of the order date. Items must be returned unused in original packaging with the invoice. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns that are not being replaced. Please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Your refund will take approximately 7-10 days to be processed, from the time we receive the product. It will be shown on your credit card statement.
What if my merchandise is damaged?
Contact us within 20 days of the purchase date by email at firstname.lastname@example.org . You will receive return instructions in 1-2 days. Please save your box and return in same packaging. Your purchase is insured and you will receive a replacement promtly. We cannot accept claims made after 20 days.
How will my credit information be protected?
Our site uses 100% secure technology, through Verisign, your credit card number will be encrypted so no one from the outside can ever see it or gain access to it.
Why doesn't PayPal accept my credit card?
When processing your credit card with Paypal make sure that your credit card billing address is the same as your shipping address or it may not accept it.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are for the Wedding Table Decor store only. Wedding Table Favors is a seperate store and the shipping cannot be combined.
